Meditation

Meditation

is timeless in its essence. Basically meditation means to perceive the background of existence as well as the foreground. Do you perceive that there is space between the letters? Then you understand that meditation makes no sense, but contains all sense. Meditation is the space, the timelessness, the presence in which your experience takes place. Without meditation nothing exists, so nothing is separate from it.

I am here to support you in finding a meditation practice that works for you.

Ben Flegel has been studying meditation and non-intellectual insight for more than fourteen years, since he survived the Tsunami in Southeast Asia in 2004. In moments when he came close to death he experienced profound states of consciousness, beyond the realm of personal perception, that radically initiated him into an exploration of meditation and contemplative practice.

He has studied the work of renowned teachers like Ken Wilber, David Deida and Thomas Hübl for many years and started teaching in 2012, when he co-founded a youth organization called YoungVision e.V.. He uses meditation as well as a wide range of practices to support personal growth, shadow integration, process awareness and intellectual clarification. In 2014 he went on a solo meditation retreat for more than nine months, which he describes as a turning point in his own practice.

Besides his love for meditation, he writes literature and enjoys raw chocolate
